I can see 2 things:

Your WrapperCriteria class has a Components attribute, whereas your JS Controller is using myObj.components (lower case). Be careful as JavaScript is case sensitive
This same Components attribute is a list of SelectOption which is not @AuraEnabled. You'll need to create your own SelectOption class as described here: @AuraEnabled Support for Apex Class Return Types?@AuraEnabled Support for Apex Class Return Types?
