No, it's it's a personalization string common to all email sends. I used AttributeValue() around it out of habit. It's good for gracefully handling null values. SubscriberID should never be null, so the AttrbuteValue() around it is optional.

I changed the lookup value to Email address for this particular data extension, but I wanted to ask if your line 'AttributeValue("subscriberid")' is actually looking up the id of the current subscriber? | |
